Asian Invasion is owned and operated by Mary Nguyen, who has been running the business for years as a family-driven operation. Mary built the truck around the idea of sharing homemade flavors and the comfort of home-style cooking with the wider community. Her passion for food, creativity, and hospitality has shaped Asian Invasion into a beloved fixture of the Minneapolis food-truck scene.     Stir-fried chicken and lemon grass with caramelized onions, served over rice with a good hint of spice.

    Asian Invasion style pulled pork served in a flour tortilla, topped with out house-made Asian slaw, cucumbers, cilantro, and jalapeño.

    Lightly tempura chicken served over rice with our sesame sauce.
