Russell’s Traveling Kitchen is owned and operated by Kerry and Channe Dos, a husband-and-wife team whose passion for food and community inspired them to launch their own mobile culinary brand. After many years in the hospitality industry, they decided to create something of their own—something built on creativity, independence, and family.

 

The truck is named after their son, Russell, and the business has become a true family effort, with relatives helping both behind the scenes and on event days. Kerry and Channe are hands-on owners who bring pride, warmth, and a personal touch to every event they serve.

    Traditional pho flavors in a sandwich!

  • Sliced NY strip steak, onions, jalapeño, rice noodles, bean sprouts, cilantro, hoisin and sriracha sauces served on a bun with beef pho broth for dipping.
